Apparently, I got no errors. Which is strange, because the error still persists. Now, I'm going to try the .bat file, I'll tell you how it goes afterwards. Thanks for the help so far.
I ran the .bat file, my PC restarted, and it still doesn't work. I don't know what is causing this. I'm going to try running a virus and malware scan again just to see if I actually have a virus.
