As I use only my native language Spanish, when some of the first updates asked to be downloaded and installed I had the chance to unselect about 46 language packs that I would never use, I did so and never again those language packs appeared to be downloaded and installed. If you have auto installed updates go to Start Menu / Windows Update / Updates historial / Check Updates historial / Installed Updates, there you look for the language packs and right click on each one and you'll have the "unistall" option
