When you get to the run box type cmd then hit enter. Then you can type ipconfig /all into the dos command prompt which will show your ip configuration.

I would use the snipping tool to capture it and save the screen shot so you can post it here.

I'm pretty sure you have the tunnel adaptor problem which can stop you from connecting to the internet and can also prevent sharing from working correctly.

A network driver update is usually required to fix that problem for good but I really need to see the ipconfig /all to be sure about this.
