Ok, I have set Windows Live Services to manual startup as well as removing Tages Software and I'm still getting a BSOD. More specifically, my computer tries to boot up, fails, and I get the Windows Error Recovery screen (see attached). I usually have to choose "Launch Startup Repair" which fails, I get a BSOD, and then the Windows Error Recovery screen again. At this point I can choose "Start Windows Normally" and it will work.

If I try "Start Windows Normally" then I keep getting the Windows Error Recovery screen repeatedly.
