Yes. the shourtcuts arent really necessary.

In the task manager one needs to create a new task, which opens a program: powercfg.exe . for the attributes you have to type "/setactive [powerscheme-GUID]".

and the powerscheme-guid (long row of numbers) you want, you get from cmd>'powercfg.exe -list' .
