You could also try running Command Prompt as Admin (Start, type CMD
, right-click CMD and 'Run as Administrator).
From there type SFC /scannow
it looks like the ntoskrnl.exe
file has something to do with it, and the SFC app will scan all system files for integrity errors and retore them to their former glory.
