Hello,

I'd suspect this is being caused by either motherboard or CPU, though it could be a BIOS or RAM issue as well. Start by flashing the latest BIOS found here: ASUSTeK Computer Inc. - Motherboards- ASUS P6X58D Premium

Run all three of the Prime95 tests: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...t-prime95.html

Also run Memtest86 for 7 or 8 (if not more) passes: RAM - Test with Memtest86+
