Most of the theme are located here;
C:\Windows\Globalization\MCT
You should be able to simply delete them. As for the DVD Maker, it's a snap to remove;
1 - Open the
Control Panel
2 - Select
Programs
3 - Select
Turn Windows features on or off (in the top left pane [PIC 1])
4 - Open the
Media Features and De-select
Windows DVD Maker [PIC 2]
Done.
EDIT: Just noticed in the second pic I selected Windows Media Center but it's the option above it!
