i have a user where when she inputs her password in box it keeps prompting her to input the password. In order for her to log in to her outlook, she has to use the option "use another account", type in her email address and password. when she does that, outlook accepts and allows for her to send and receive. I've tried running repair on the account settings but that does not work. any suggestions would be very helpful. she is using a 32 bit, lenovo windows 7 laptop with office 2010.
