Ken,thanks for answering also.
I found that before. I had speedfan 4.42 installed before(I think) and have updated it to latest,4.44.
Realtek driver is also updated.

I see that PxHelp20.sys is Sonic CD/DVD driver. I was reading from Carrona's website,and it's saying
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers and rename PxHelp20.sys to PXHelp20.BAK
This will break your CD/DVD program, but can easily be renamed after we've finished.
Should I rename it ? Also I found list of programs where pxhelp20.sys is part of. I don't have any of that programs installed.
