C:/users/Alpha should contain all your user folders as long has you haven't moved them to another drive/partition.
Something is wrong here somewhere. There should be no sub folders for these like you describe, it should simply be C:/users/Alpha and all of your user folders. Have you deleted the other original user folders (downloads/favorites/videos etc)
Try following this - User Folders - Restore Default Location to put your folders back in the default location.
Can you post a screenshot of your C:/users/Alpha folder - A Preferred Method of Uploading/Posting Screen Shots
