Yes, I found a blog post by a Microsoft programmer (A picture that *still* can't be easily described with words - Sorting it all Out - Site Home - MSDN Blogs
) that suggested changing the DPI setting. I simply increased it by one percent from the default (up to 126%) and the keyboard now displays.
