Here's another option that has helped others with the same problem.
Open Control Panel/Device Manager, click the arrow next to Network Adapters, double click the wired network card(not the WiFi card), click the Driver tab, click Disable, click OK, go back to the Driver tab, click Enable, and click OK.
I have this problem. In Network Adapters I have Broadcom 802.11n Network Adapter and Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller. Do you mean the Realtek card in this case?
