Windows 7 Ultimate x64

I've been scouring these forums day and night for any sort of clue to help remedy my BSOD's and so far just bits and pieces.
To update this post a little bit and possibly reitterate a bit:
This is after a fresh install of Windows 7 Ultimate x64
I've updated every single thing Windows Update wants me to
Used Driver Genius 2011 and scanned constantly, updated everything it reccomended with its latest database,
Installed all the latest drivers for my ATI Radeon HD 6770 (as recent as two days ago)

Still getting BSOD's, operating from a combination of iPhone, wife's laptop, and work computers. Any information would be a great help, my debug and requested info from the posting instructions are on the very first post as an attachment. I haven't underclocked liked the previous post said because I am unsure of how to do it and don't want to risk damaging my brand new video card.
I throw myself to the mercy of Seven Forums and its infinite knowledge because if this doesn't work or I can't fix it I must resort to the PC repair shop :-(.
