Getting a nvidia tdr graphics failure from your debug results.

Attempt to reset the display driver and recover from timeout failed.
Arguments:
Arg1: fffffa8007ed9010, Optional pointer to internal TDR recovery context (TDR_RECOVERY_CONTEXT).
Arg2: fffff880144e2ae4, The pointer into responsible device driver module (e.g. owner tag).
Arg3: ffffffffc000009a, Optional error code (NTSTATUS) of the last failed operation.
Arg4: 0000000000000004, Optional internal context dependent data.
To be honest there's several things to try to clean this one up and I don't have any indication that any one of them is going to be more likely to fix things.
First two things I want to do is make sure your directx and .net framework are at least partially up to date.

(this is to make sure we have all the basic windows components the video driver will want there)

After that is done reinstall the display driver package again.

looks like my friend beat me to it there. The driver scrub method is the second thing I was going to mention so you can just toss up the order in which to follow our advice, either or is likely to have an effect.
