Most likely, Coprocessor is a device that you need to install for the motherboard. It is usually associated with the Chipset drivers, the most important drivers needed for the system to run properly. The fact that you do not seem to have those installed could indicate why you are having problems.

Follow System Info - See Your System Specs closely to fill in your system specs on your profile. This will include your Motherboard information.
