While I'm sure there's a good chance that's true, I was referring to one single program not getting along with one other single program.

All you really need is the firewall, AV, maybe an anti malware, and along with a little common sense in the use of the mouse's left button, you're good to go. There's no need to keep adding more and more apps on top of it.
best solution is just get a av like mse and use the windows firewall thats' my config problem solved or use avast if you feel like it with the windows firewall and you should be fine.Just have something like malwarebytes as a side tool to remove nasty viruses when it gets past the av of your choice.
