The pictures are a bit blurry, so it is difficult to tell exactly what the problem is. I am guessing you are pointing to some solder spill, but I cannot tell if that is blending with any traces from the image taken. Or maybe the chip got too hot and melted the solder, which could also cause problems. Regardless, if the system is running fine with the module removed, it is probably faulty. Keep monitoring until you feel confident it is resolved and then let us know at that time if the problem is solved. You may also mark the thread solved when you feel it is so.
