Hello birdie13 and welcome to Seven Forums.

I think the first thing to try to do is make sure your computer doesn't have any malware on it. You can try to access a special Advanced Boot Options menu and open you computer in Safe Mode. Once in Safe Mode you could try running a full scan (not a quick scan) with your own installed antivirus suite.

Advanced Boot Options

If your own antivirus suite won't run you could restart your computer, go to Advanced Boot Options again, and this time select Safe Mode with Networking. Hopefully, you'll be able to go online and download a recommended and free product called Malwarebytes. It has a good track record of finding malware that other products miss.

If your computer is still infected you may have to try another free product from Microsoft called Windows Defender Offline (not to be confused with another Microsoft product called Windows Defender.) WDO would need to be created on a different, non-infected computer.

Windows Defender Offline

If you could give these a try and post back the results there are some other steps that can be taken to help return your computer to a like new condition.
