Try these options:
Verify that you configured the network properly so that it works fine. Make sure also that all of your computers are properly connected to the network. To do so, verify followings:
Identify network problems and resolve them. (use ping)
Troubleshoot file and printer sharing (make sure everybody has access to the printer)
Is the printer set as a default printer or local printer?
Check the status of the printer in the print queue, or go to the printer to make sure that is it powered on and ready to use.
If the printer is plugged in to another computer and shared on the network, make sure that computer is turned on.
If you are trying to print to a printer that you added using a TCP/IP address instead of a printer name, make sure that your computer is connected to the Internet or the network where the printer is installed.
