Ok, So apparently it is related to my Marvell Yukon 88E805 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Driver. I have found the most recent updated version (11.45.4.3) and this still does the same thing. I am going to uninstall it and go back to the original one (11.10.5.3) and live with the Slower Boot up time for now, till I can find this fix. I have looked into the properties (perhaps I should start another thread on this) of the Network Controller and found the Advanced Tab and here is a bunch of stuff I am not at all familiar with. Maybe someone here can help me to understand them?
