If you have more than one partition on your HD, Windows only installs to C:. If you have D: or any other partitions on the HD, it will not bother those. One thing you should do is if you have more than one Hard Drive, unplug from the Motherboard all but the one that Windows 7 will be installed to. This will eliminate any problems of accidently installing to the wrong Drive. If you only have one Hard Drive, don't worry about it.
