Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
BSOD while playing using computer, ntoskrnl.exe+7f1c0

Hello, recently I have just built my new computer and everything seemed to be going fine. However I had gotten a BSOD when trying to copy a large amount of file from my external. Although I didn't get the dump file of it (as that wasn't in the settings at the time) I assumed it was due to copying from the external and just copied smaller files and it hasn't happened again.

However, I was just playing League of Legends and my computer decided to randomly BSOD. So I downloaded SF_Diagnostic_Tool and zipped the folder so I was wondering as what the problem is.

BlueScreenView says the crash address is: ntoskrnl.exe+7f1c0 and I wasn't sure if this was a hardware or software problem as I have only received the parts less than a week ago. My specs are:

Gigabyte Z77-D3H motherboard.
Intel Core i7-3770 processor.
8gig of Corsair Vengeance RAM.
GeForce GTX 560 graphics card.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
