If you are using Internet Explorer; I would suggest you to switch to another browser, like Firefox, Chrome or Safari and let me know if you still face the same issue on other browsers.

If the issue still persists, try running the Network and Internet Troubleshooter by right-clicking the network icon or in the notification area, clicking Troubleshoot problems, and then clicking “InternetConnections. The Troubleshooter might ask you some questions or reset common settings as it works to fix the problem.

If running the Network and Internet Troubleshooter did not resolve this problem, then I would suggest running Microsoft Fix IT’s from the URL mentioned:
