Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

Hello, now I'm not sure whether or not I should start for this or not, as the issue was not solved. If a new thread is to be created then please let me know.

However, about a week or so ago I did a complete reformat and reinstalled Windows. I have also recently (last couple of days) updated all the drivers for my motherboard from their website.

Using a program called "WhoCrashed" it had been telling me the same culprit:
ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x7F1C0) with the error being "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL"
Yet occasionally it had told me that "ntkrnlmp.exe (nt!KeBugCheckEx+0x0)" was also the problem, yet this was at the exact same time as the ntoskrnl.exe happened.

I have run "sfc /scannow" and have gotten no errors, yet have not run Prime95 as I was unsure what settings to turn on for it.

It is also worth noting that I was using Avast antivirus earlier today, and a couple of the BSOD had been because of that, so I have uninstalled it and am now using AVG with so far, no problem with it.

Any further help would be appreciated and if I am needed to provide more information, then please let me know.
