Hi,

You can follow the below mentioned steps which should fix the issue:
  1. Please update the latest version of BIOS and Check the performance in “Safe Mode with networking”.
  2. Change the compatibility mode IE. To turn Compatibility View on, click the Compatibility View button to make the icon change from an outline to a solid color. This option will be seen on the address bar.
  3. Open Internet Explorer, click on “Tools”, click on “Delete Browser History” then click on “Advanced” and click “Reset”.
  4. Ensure "Enable Hardware Acceleration" is unchecked, if not, right click on the video after opening video online. Then click on the first folder “Display”. Uncheck "Enable Hardware Acceleration".
  5. I will also suggest to update Flash Player from the site: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?promoid=BUIGP
Hope this helps
