Click on the Start ► Control Panel ► Programs ► Uninstall a program ► Uninstall everything related to ATI and reboot.

Delete remnants of the older drivers using Driver Sweeper

Get the latest version from the AMD website or from a reliable source like If not that way then open Device Manager and update from there.
