Greg: I think I understand what you're saying.
- if someone has to do a re-install, that they should begin with the Win7 SP1 ISO. you've told bensabat where to get the download, but I'm not sure new folks know about all of the excellent tutorials here on sevenforums.

The missing puzzle piece is what to do with the ISO once it's downloaded.
