Ive already been down that route. It seems you cant communicate with adobe other than the scripted call centre people. I think i can logon to adobe forums and may get lucky that a worker/moderator can help. The easy solution for adobe is for me to upgrade to CS6, but im loathed to pay £190 for something i now rarely use.
I didnt even get an email off adobe with my support case number and what i could do next.
