I'd also be careful because they sold everything to liquidators, and liquidators are notorious for jacking the price up and then putting signs with huge amounts of % off, but since the original price is jacked up, you still end up paying the same, if not more, than what the item costs elsewhere, or at that same store before they went out of business.
And yes, it is no surprise since they were doing so poorly, but they only announced they were shuttering some stores last year. Now that they're closing every single one, and the website no longer works, I think its mostly sad just because of the sheer number of jobs lost. |
