What is the name of the toolbar under the menu bar?
The bar that says Organize/Views/Share/Burn was never in XP as far as I knew, unless you had to manually turn it on. XP had, from top down:

Menubar: File, edit, view, etc.
Nav bar: Back and forward buttons, etc
Address bar

Now Vista/7 has:

Navbar / Address bar combined
Menubar: Automatically hidden but you can see it by tapping alt
New bar which is huge and obtrusive and not very useful - it's twice as thick as the damn menubar

I like changing these settings depending on what's in the folder & with that bar gone so are these settings options.
Some (but probably not all) of those things can be done through the (hidden) normal menubar.
