Right click on the .exe file and run as administrator.

Select the correct drive, uncheck Quick Format (so that you can do a full format) and click on Start.

If you are unable to format the drive, then we can try the low level format tool. So report.

Thank you so much for your help! I downloaded and installed the little software and ran it as admin, I did what you asked but when I clicked start, it is sooo slooow! I will wait a few hours to see if it works! If not, I'll let you know ?
