Windows 8.1 Pro with Media Center 64 bit

Can't be done, not and have your screen extended across them all. DVI including dual link will only supply one video signal. You could split it but one monitor would be a clone of the other. There are USB Video cards that would let you add a third monitor. I've never used one so I have no idea how well they perform.
