There's a link in my sig for MalwareBytes, Download the free (NOT TRIAL) edition and install and update it. Open the program to the More Tools menu which will bring you to File Assassin, Click Run tool and navigate to the folder to see if that will delete it.

Try Take Ownership Shortcut too and try deleting, if no joy, see the Tip there to allow you full control.
