Take a look at Ninite.com
It has for free a custom installer.exe you can download that will install the software you selected the latest versions with all of the NO answers to toolbars and optional programs. Once you create a installer for a given group of programs it will always install the latest versions. Been using this for a while and it works flawlessly. I select a group of programs to install then rename the custom.exe file to download say for example SoftwareBlock1.exe. I save it to a folder where I also create a text file SoftwareBlock1.txt that list what programs it will install. If you have 64bit windows it will install the 64bit version. If you use it for purchased licensed software you will keep your license.
My SoftwareBlock1.exe installer installs/updates Java, Flash and Flash IE. All notorious for on their own installing unwanted programs. This can be a real time saver. There are many features to Ninite.com installer.
