Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit

OK, I would think you need to clean up all temp files.

Quit all programs, Click on Start and in the search field type %temp%. Click on the Temp folder in the dialog box to open it. Select all folders/files and delete them. Some files in use cannot be deleted. Skip them but by and large you would have deleted most of the temp files that include old setup files. Empty the Recycle Bin.

Now reinstall CDBurnerXP.

If you still have problems, report. Then I will scratch my head further. ( I am away from station for the next two days starting midnight today 14 hours from now.)

A writeup on cleanup: Delete Windows 7 temporary files and recover real estate.
