Yes I tried in safe mode and I enabled the administrator account to see if that worked but still no difference, one thing I should mention is that UAC has been off since I installed, so I don't know if I have been infected with something that's stopping me from starting services.
Saying that, I have not seen any unusual network or CPU activity so I think this is something else, maybe some sort of device conflict or software that I installed. I also noticed the my Reliability monitor stopped after the second day of install so thats probably when the other services got disabled. |
