maybe achievable with an SSD, a 10.000rpm 32mb SATA 2 RAPTOR, a highly OCed CPU (or a core I7 chip), super fast RAM, & Windows 7 .......maybe ???
all less powerful rigs will never hit that target no matter how well the new OS is coded.
