Hi and welcome to seven forums

This dump was caused by a driver failing and returning a bad result and probably has several things helping to cause it.
First there are some really old drivers in the system so you probably did not do a clean istall this OS.

Look here for info
Bug Check 0x9F: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE

I would update all the critical drivers (BIOS,video, wifi, etc)
then I would run a system file check on your system file to verify and repair them
to run type cmd in search>right click and run as admin
SFC /SCANNOW

Let us know the results

then I would download and run memtestx86 for at least several hours (preferably overnight)
