That blog was funny. I can't believe somebody was moaning at Dymo because they would only give free replacements to people with printers that were less than 5 years old!

My experience of Dymo support was pretty good, in that they answered my query prompty within 24 hours. And whats more, it was a sensible answer that didn't just refer me to some dusty faq.
