Memory Diagnostics
run this for a min 5 passes or if poss leave running overnight
also run file system check from elevated command prompt
start>cmd.exe(right click run as admin)>type, sfc /scannow
this wiil check for any file corruption/errors
Also update all drivers/bios/chipset

Note: when updating drivers etc dont use win update go to manufacturers website for each individual components and download the latest software for your win version
I run the sfc /scannow and have no problems. I will try running yr Memory Diagnostics. Also if i go to my manufacturer's site to download the drivers, then how about the current ones I have installed? Just uninstall them and replace with latest or just run the drivers from the manufacturer straight away
