Ok, so later today I will be checking/doing the following:

Checking driver version
Checking security settings
C:\>ipconfig /flushdns
Router Firmware
MAC cloning

Any other suggestions to try a little later?

This probably make a difference and I should have mentioned it before. It hasn't started happening with just this new router. it started a few weeks ago with the old router. Then this last week that router kicked the bucket and we had to get a new one. Now the problem is about the same and possibly slightly worse.

Thanks for all the help and suggestions so far!
