The Ultramon developer has a lot on his plate - and to his credit his Betas worked like a champ on Vista. I used them for a long time, but I ultimately had to leave it b/c I found DF.
Jon is developing DF rapidly, and he has a lot on his plate too - but to give you an idea, look at the features already integrated into the *free* version - you'll see it offers more bang for free *and* more bang for buck considering its cost.
I bought the app within 2 days of discovering it, and I was beta testing it a lot before 3.0 came out - now he is working on background stuff, but has already bumped to 3.0.2 - the taskbar methods had to be completely re-written for Windows 7, and currently there is a taskbar, but with (unfortunately) black text on them - still now he has gotten transparency on the taskbar, and rest assured he is working hard at it. |
