what windows build do you have? 6801?
after booting in safe mode, doing the manual install of drivers, did you boot your PC in "Disable driver signing enforcement" mode through F8?

I have install windows7 in my computer..but i can't install my video driver ..
I try everything ......now ,I am very despair .....

i guess you can try the same way as far as your drivers are working in vista
