"has stopped working" and BSOD's

Been posting this on several other debugging forums and nothing has been resolved.

I'll attach the SF Diagnostic folder here with all the relevant files for you pros.

The problem:

I'm getting "has stopped working" on everything from Explorer, Iexplorer, Windows Defender, my antivirus software and COM Surrogate. It only happens on some computer sessions (as in really unpredictable behaviour). Sometimes Explorer keeps restarting over and over again for 10 minutes until I force a system restart.

I also get BSOD's with different information on it.

What I've done to date:

- ran memtest86 for 5 passes with no errors or any issues.
- tried 3 different Antivirus software and done a thorough uninstall after each one (Avast, Avira and my current MSE).
- ran CHKDSK /f and /r with no corrupted or damaged files.
- formatted my OS HDD and reinstalled Windows 7 again after I couldn't resolve the problem the first time around.
