Win 7 Ultimate 64-bit. SP1.

These two crashes were probably caused by xusb21.sys which is a Windows common controller for directx. To fix this problem you need to completely un-install all traces of the current driver and then download and install a new copy.

Since a Win 7 operating system file was referenced you should also run a system file check.

To do that you need to open a command window right click to run as admin then type sfc /scannow (note the space between SFC and "/")
