Stop c000021a

I have a Toshiba L355D-7901 I have gotten this BSOD error with every version of 7. I've tried a number of things I think the machines going to need some BIOS update or something. Anyone have any ideas?

STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Initial Session Process or System process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x00000001 (0x00000001 0x0010408)
The system has been shutdown.
