How to "Turn off all unnecessary animations" in Vista and Windows 7

The Turn off all unnecessary animations (when possible) option is for animation effects, such as fading effects, when you close windows and other elements.
If you use your computer without a display, prefer to block unnecessary animation effects, or want to turn them off in programs that support this option, then this will show you how to Turn off all unnecessary animations (when possible) without affecting Aero Snap, Aero Peek, Aero Shake, Transparency, etc...
If animation effects, such as fade windows when closed visual effects, run slow or sluggish on your computer, then using Turn off all unnecessary animations can help improve your computer's performance.

Here's How:
1. Open the Control Panel (icons view), and click on the Ease of Access Center icon.
2. In the Ease of Access Center, click on one of the links below. (see screenshot below)
- Use the computer without a display
- Make the computer easier to see
- Make it easier to focus on tasks
3. To Turn Off All Unnecessary Animations
A) Check the Turn off all unnecessary animations (when possible) box, and click on OK. (see screenshot below step 4)
4. To Allow Unnecessary Animations to be Used
A) Uncheck the Turn off all unnecessary animations (when possible) box, and click on OK. (see screenshot below)
