Is it safe to delete safel the content of the "ReportQueue" directory?

Is it possible to delete safely the content of the "ReportQueue" dir?

Here is where it's located:
C:\Users\TabathaCash\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportQueue

It seems like this dir is keeping error reports when I had some system crashes. But some of those crashes occured while working on my Digital Audio Workstation (which loads several Gigs of RAM) so some of these reports weight about 1GB each. I'd like to save some disk space, that's why I need to know if I can delete these directories without running into some future troubles.

I tried to run CCleaner but it doesn't go near this dir.
What do you think?
