Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit 7601 Multiprocessor Free Service Pack 1

Both of the highlighted folders are sub folders of "Videos Library" which in turn is a sub folder of "Libraries". Slightly confusingly when you open "Libraries" unless you have changed any names from the default you should see this:

If you click on the circled icon you will see your screen shown in your last screenshot. Whether the two folders are open or not will depend on how you left them when you last closed the libraries down. All that you are showing is perfectly normal and shows that libraries are working as they should.
The last thing I want to do is to discourage you from asking questions here on the Forum but to explain the features of "Libraries" you might like to read the most informative article here:
